  Trucked to Amberley to be repainted in RAAF markings as A77-721 to commemorate the first RAAF Meteor lost in combat in Korea. Initially aircraft was incorrectly painted as A77-271 but this was later changed to A77-721. Aircraft was to be displayed at Amberley during the RAAF’s 75th Anniversary airshow but the event was cancelled because of heavy rain.
